Gave me a suburban because it was the only car they had left and neglected to tell me that it would be an additional 20 dollars per day. I had no idea until my card was charged. Took it back and they put me in a smaller vehicle. Continued to charge my card without warning (not the rental deposits, much higher amounts instead).
VERY nice people, give great rates- even in person without having to book on line, clean, nice, new cars. I've been renting from them for 8 years and am a happy customer every time!!!
I have rented many cars from Enterprise over the last few years. I have had good experiences except for the last one. The car was very dirty.

We obviously had to get a rental car and in the beginning we got a Ford Fiesta which wasnt very confortable for my grandmother and at some point during the time that our vehicle was in the shop the car that we were driving got sold I live with my 84 year old grandmother and my three-year-old child (who had a stomach bug at the time) and switching the cars out was going to be an issue so not only did they come to my house and switch out the vehicles but they gave me a free upgrade and upgraded me from a Ford Fiesta to a brand new Dodge Charger they've been very helpful and with my hands full I really appreciate their willingness to be as convenient as possible
