Good tires but sometimes you wait a long time to get new tire put on . Each time is different on wait time.
I had 2 new tires put on my vehicle and had them rotated. Left for Dallas the next day and when we got on the highway the vehicle was swaying all over the road. Very noticeable. Stopped and checked the tires and in the front my tire pressure was over 50. So maybe just double check that the tires aren't getting overly increased with air. Other than that the customer service is pretty good.
Went in to have my first tire rotation on my 2017 ram 1500. Even spoke with the tire salesman about it being my first rotation to take care of my baby. He assured me everything will be ok. Well that was Monday, today, Sunday my only day off I'm out here cleaning my truck, and I find my rim is scared up form the impact wrench. How do I know it's an impact wrench you ask, cuz of the circles form the lug nut. The tire tech did not have control of the tool he was using or was showed the wrong way to do his job. No one said anything about my Damaged rim , and I was handed the keys with a smile. I will no longer go there or any of my cars. I will tell everyone the same. Go to Wal-Mart.

Comforting to know there are people like you and establishments like Discount Tire. Although we do not live close we will be visiting the Discount Tire in our area to get the sensors replaced!
