Brought 2 comforters in to be cleaned - took 2 weeks because they ruined them - literally - I cannot use them ever.
DO NOT USE!! "Classic Care Cleaners" in Brenham ,TX!! I decided to shop local and use one of the Dry Cleaners "Classic Care Cleaners". Needless to say by the lowest score I could give, I will not be returning. They lost 2 pair of jeans and ruined 2 other pair. I am honestly not even sure how they managed to destroy them, now I have 2 Brand new pair of jeans with golf ball size holes at the bottom of the right pockets. Thanks!!
I had a pair of men's jeans & a pair of women's jeans hemmed at Classic Care Cleaners and they looked amazingly like the original hems! Also had some jeans starched, shirts starched and some jeans & shirts pressed. Very pleased with the level of service provided as well as the cost of the services. Will definitely do business with them again!
So...just an update the owner asked what he could do to make amends and I told him... He did not reply or call to discuss - therefore, my review stands.
This tells me they don't know what they are doing and then don't offer to pay for what they destroyed! Bad business! Avoid at all costs!
