Don't let this small office fool you! My first thought was omg! Nothing good is going to come from this. But boy was I wrong. Each and every time I had to go to that office every employee went above and beyond to assist me. I was always treated with respect and dignity.

Happened to go when they were just wrapping up construction and were apparently using a new procedure to process people. Took about 20 minutes after opening for the first person to be called and ultimately took me 45 mins. total to get in and out and I was second in line. Have a feeling once they work the tweaks out in the new system they will be more proficient but all in all it was far better experience than the Austin or San Marcos locations and the drive there was peaceful as well.
This is the best place ever! It's worth the drive. I've been here for only like 10mins. check it out guys!
Don't bother without an appointment. They'll tell you on the phone that they take walk-ins and then after you drive an hour to get there they'll set you up an appointment to come back in a month.
