Great place, but customers are rude and impatient, I'm standing in line and there's obviously other's a head of them and there just rude!!!
Sent raw pizzas to our house. Was told to order them well done in the future. Only 6 other pizza places in a square mile.
I order delivery sometimes and this black guy always apologizes for being late, but I understand it gets busy and it may take a while because I live in the country 5 miles from town!! I tip him Everytime, the most I gave him was twenty dollars for coming in the rain, there cool!!!!
This place is a joke. Every delivery I've ever made takes over an hour. Just waited 2 hours for a delivery. Never showed up and my refund will take 3 days.
I eat from here all the time. The dough of the pizza is great! My kids always get BBQ wings and poppers from here and never get sick so idk what that one is talking about. Disgruntled? Anyways... there have been times when someone was rude but not intentionally. They were really really busy and short handed because an employee walked out on them. I will continue to order from them. The store manager and assistant manager are always really nice and respectful. My food is always hot when delivered. Even the delivery guy is really respectful. I always try to tip him for his trouble. Thank you to the employees at Papa John's for the great experiences. I hope they continue for as long as I'm in Brenham area.
I see why the employee's have an attitude after these customers tick the off!!
