Friendly place but I found cat hair, urine and animal blood in my boat. (there is a cat on the property). Boat was covered and tightly snapped but the critter found a way in...hopefully I can get rid of the smell and the stains on the seat cushions. I noticed the other boat next to me also has paw prints all over it, so enclosed storage would be better in this facility.
