Bank has so few benefits for account owners.
If you travel, your card will constantly be frozen with no way to reactivate it when you're stranded in the middle of the night with no money.
We love this bank and have for 13 years. When I call, I love the fact that a live friendly person answers. We have enjoyed many customer appreciation days and never had any issues.
*When* the coin machine works it steals your money (not even kidding, by a HUGE margin) and when I asked about it I was responded to with rudeness.
I have been with this bank 15 yrs. They are always very helpful. It's a nice feeling to walk in and not just be a number. They call you by your name, always have a smile. Thank you BNB for being there for my family!
Horrible bank. Put your money elsewhere if you can. I have had so many problems with them and lost hundred of hard earned dollars for nonsense reasons that they said wouldn't happen. They are truly scammers.
Friendly staff, no fee checking! My account was hacked and a stop was put to it almost immediately. We call and let them know when we are travelling, because they monitor closely!
