Was treated rudely when I would ask questions in order to better educate myself as to how particular loans function. Tellers and such are very polite. May have just had a bad experience with a particular individual but bad enough I wont go back to Brenham location for loans anymore. Polar opposite with Somerville location! Never had any issues with Somerville.
