I left my DR brush cutter at Brenham Repair Center 3 weeks ago. I took My Gravely zeroturn mower to a local repair shop in Waller Texas about a week later. The Gravely mower was fixed and running in 3 days. I had not even HEARD from Brenham Repair Center. And I NEEDED both of them as soon as possible. This is totally unreliable.
Everything was repaired as required.
Bad service and rude employees I will never return back to this place. The work ethics were horrible and I had to wait an entire month just to get my riding lawn mower back, which they did not inform me that it will take three weeks for them to even look at it. Don't go here! You will regret it. *Update the problem I had in the first place still exist. That was a waste of money.
