Rude and Unprofessional. I Bought a "Top of the Line" push mower from them and the blade flew off when I was mowing the yard. It took 5 weeks to repair.
The owner and staff have always been helpful every time I'm in the store! They take care of their customers.
We are having an addition done and bought a microwave in advance to being done with the job. When it came time to get things outfitted I managed to have the wrong measurements for it and needed to get something smaller. It was past the 30 day return, but everyone at the Sears Hometown store worked hard (especially Katherine) to get me a return and replacement to fit. Thank you Sears team! We will be back again!
