I had excellent service from the Brenham store. The manager, Cha Munson, the pro desk manager, Andy Price were beneficial in taking care of a very large freight order for my family. They were very accommodating. My husband and I felt that we as customers came first in priority.

I'm not Rateing the chain just the ppl at this store . the ppl working in the Brenham store are incompetent school children and elderly I have ever seen . I bought toilet lines tagged under sink faucet lines and they've have put almond white in the place of antique white on the shelf . do you know how hard it is to destiquish white paint until you use it . it's almost impossible unless you look in small writing on the back label , and who wants to do that when you stopped at lunch time . terrible workers . also don't ask them questions because it's all a guess , all of it .
